Device Functions:

This device uses high-precision helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology (with helium as the tracer gas) to accurately detect the leak rate of water-cooled plates. A single station can
automatically complete the entire process of sealing, vacuuming, nitrogen filling, and leak detection, with audible and visual feedback of results, supporting data recording and traceability. It also
features customizable tooling for water-cooled plates, adjustable pressure parameters, helium recovery, and safety protection functions, and is easy to operate.

·High leak detection accuracy and precise data: Relying on helium mass spectrometry technology, it achieves an extremely low leak detection limit, can quantitatively output leak rates, and automatically records data, suitable for high-seal-requirement scenarios.
·Strong anti-interference capability: Through a triple design of vacuum chamber isolation, nitrogen background monitoring, and clean gas purging, it ensures a stable detection baseline, avoiding environmental interference and cross-contamination.
·Fully automated closed-loop process: Integrates automatic conveying and positioning, nitrogen filling and pressure holding, and sorting and alarm functions, requiring no manual intervention and preventing sorting errors or omissions.
·Adapts to high-volume efficient production: Multi-station parallel detection, combined with a fast vacuum design to shorten cycle times, supports modular tooling and parameterized programs for quick changeovers.
·Energy-saving and cost-reducing: Equipped with a high-efficiency helium recovery system and intelligent replenishment function, reducing helium consumption costs, and the vacuum system's variable frequency control further saves energy.
